Core Quadrant

After having thought of what my qualities are I was asked to use the Core Quadrant model to analyse in more depth my qualities. Below you can find the model of the core quadrant which helps to strengthen the qualities and also see what negative outcomes there are with different qualities.

My task was to look at my qualities and introduce them into the model and see what oucomes I get. By doing this I was able to have a different perspective on my qualities and also having an idea of what people could think of me. Implementing this model for sure strengthened my qualities by understanding them better. Below you can find examples of how I used my qualities with the core quadrant model.
